This is a view over the construction area of the Karahnjukar Dam project. The dam that is seen on this picture is the Karahnjukar Dam, one of three dams built in this project and the largest. Almost two hundred meters high built to withstand an earthquake of 6.5 on Richter scale this dam is an engineering masterpiece.
